Self-Edit · Fraser Valley
Web design for the Fraser Valley, from Abbotsford, since 1998.
One office on McCallum Road, four towns we have built for since the late nineties, and a lot of businesses whose first website we made and whose third one we are building now. This page is for anyone in the valley who wants a site built by people they can drive to.
Why we build for the valley the way we do
A Fraser Valley business sells to people within driving distance, and Google shows those people the businesses nearest to them. So every site we build says where it is and where it works, in the words customers type. Fast on a phone, clear in the first screen, with the phone number as a button and real photographs. It is not complicated. It is just done properly, and kept that way with hosting and maintenance from the same people.
- Abbotsford: where the office is, and most of our clients.
- Mission: across the bridge, fifteen minutes away.
- Chilliwack: Sardis, Promontory, Vedder Crossing and downtown.
- Langley: City and Township, from Aldergrove to Walnut Grove.
What we build, and what it costs
Custom website design, redesigns that keep the pages that already rank, online stores, Canadian hosting, maintenance, and the marketing that brings people to the site afterwards. Every price is public on getselfedit.com. Our search practice, SEO Abbotsford, measures the results from each town with RankTrack.
Questions people ask
Do you work outside these four towns?
Yes: Maple Ridge, Hope, Agassiz and the rest of the valley. The four above are where most of our work has been for twenty-eight years.
Why does the town matter for a website?
Because Google shows local results by where the searcher is. A site that says its town plainly is shown to the people in it. One that says “serving the Lower Mainland” is shown to nobody in particular.
How do we start?
A call. Tell us the business and send the address of the site you have now. We will say what we would do and what it costs before anyone commits to anything.
Talk to a real person
Tell us about the business and the site you have now. We’ll look at it, say plainly what we’d do and what it costs, and you decide. Abbotsford office, since 1998.
